I am always impressed after my appointments because EVERY staff member I come in contact with is so friendly! They truly care about their patients and genuinely want to help, which creates an atmosphere where people keep returning. As soon as I walk in the door, the environment and the warm greeting from the receptionist helps me easily push my anxieties about “seeing the dentist” aside. The service at Norwalk Family Dentistry is always great. This time a crown came loose on my way home from work. I was not in pain so I simply left a voice mail, asking the office to call me the next morning. First thing in the morning, I received a call. Long story, short ... they got me in that morning and fixed my problem. The dentists and staff are incredibly professional and welcoming from the front desk on through. I highly recommend Dr. Grant and Norwalk Family Dentistry.
A friendly helpful dentist's office ------- truly enjoy coming in to see everyone smiling and welcoming. Everything is explained, appointments are set to accommodate my schedule -- can't ask for more!
