I'm very confused here. When speaking with Howard he was always very pleasant and seemed willing to help. Each time we ended our phone conversation with him stating that he'd get me an estimate within 2 days. Well, after 5 phone calls and 2 emails over a span of 6-7 weeks I've heard nothing. Maybe my project was just too small for Howard to bother with. Completely ignoring your customer and making false promises yields a crap review and a loss of potential customer possibly many.
