Dr. Elaine Osborne, University Eye Associates Was bit in eye by a spider. Very caring and attentive. Never got in a hurry and I felt very satisfied when I left the office. I changed my doctor and will continue to see her annually or as needed. Dr. Osborne is a keeper.
Nice and friendly atmosphere Very good eye exam location. Worked well with VSP plan. Would recommend if you are in the University area. Nice and friendly atmosphere. Doctor listens to your concerns.
Very helpful I just moved to the Charlotte area and needed some new glasses so I found University Eye and decided to try them. Dr. Young was very helpful and attentive. She answered all my questions and I didn't feel rushed. The guy helping me pick out some glasses actually suggested some that I never would have picked for myself but turned out perfect. The only issue is that while they take my vision insurance they aren't in network for my medical insurance so for anything other then check ups I'd have to go somewhere else.... read more
