Oh my gosh! Tried to call up and find out some information on a chipper. It was like the Spanish Inquisition! All I want is to find out information on the motors and I can't get in touch with anybody. Listen I get that you guys have your systems. But it would be nice if you would simply allow your front end phone answering person to connect me with a manager. very frustrating. You need to empower your people with a little bit more flexibility to serve your customers.
