No issues fast in and out
Staff was nice and Dr was great. We are from out of this area but they were nice to us
I am sorry but I usually don't like doing online reviews because a lot of people leave reviews in revenge to hurt a business but I am so mad I have no choice. I didn't want to go to the ER for a little issue so decided to go to Norton Redi-Med. I got in the waiting room and they were swamped with patients so I got checked in but waited for almost 1 hour just to see the doctor. All that time the nurses just stared at you and it seemed like they enjoyed listening to sick children crying and would not come out and saw is there ... read more
The WORST Experience I ever had. I though I was sick before I went it. I was treated with absoultely no respect. I had to wait an incredibally long time. The place was dirty. Come to find out I was misdiagnosed and ended up at General Hospital. Avoid this place.
My experience at Norton Redi Med was a Nightmare. Used to be a pretty ok place to go on weekends. But now they have a new PA she horrible, the staff our rude. I ended up in the emergency room. Urging people not to go.
