I brought my daughter to the ER due to symptoms consistent with an ear infection. While the majority of the staff were kind, respectful, and helpful, our interaction with Dr. McClain left me feeling deeply upset and judged. Although Dr. McClain did examine my daughter and prescribe the appropriate medication, the way he questioned me about the timing of her visit was troubling. Amazing hospitality and very organized. I loved the atmosphere and assistance from the doctors and nurses
I just want to first start by saying that my rating does not reflect my overall experience with the people, everyone was very nice with good attitudes, no negativity, etc. My rating is based off this place considering itself a hospital or emergency room. Emergency really needs taken off the building as this is more of an enhanced urgent care than what Norton’s other urgent care locations in the area offer. Also, being told by a doctor that they don’t know what is going on and sending you on your way is never super comforting... read more
My family and I have been here a few times since they opened, and all were great experiences until today. We have been here with my first son who is now 2, due to asthma attacks and the doctors were very helpful and very good with him. My husband is in law enforcement, and has come here for treatments to his injuries at work. Today, I took my 10 month old son to the ER for some trouble breathing that I had noticed.
