From the front desk, to triage, to the Dr. 110% that is what everyone gave me and I couldn't be more thankful. I was able to reserve a noon appt and I had a prescription in my hand by 1:00. A filled prescription from kroger! They were thorough and kind the appt was expedited without being rushed. The office is ALWAYS clean as well as the restroom. I have always been able to get an appt online and not wait long upon arrival. Treatment providers have been professional and thorough! The front office staff is very friendly and the facility is clean. They even offered bottle water when I waited! Although I have a primary care doctor, I highly recommend this immediate care for emergency needs. If you don't have a primary doctor, they have several affiliated GPs they can recommend, right next door! Thank you to all healthcare providers!!
