Staff was extremely courteous and friendly. Wait time was short. Provider was very polite and answered all questions.
Came to the urgent care. Kelli,Alexis,Gina,Pam were all great. Everyone go there for care
The staff were very nice and respectful. They called 4 days later to tell me they failed to send my urine test out for a culture. A culture of the urine is to determine the antibiotic they prescribed is the appropriate one. When I told the girl that I still had symptoms, she asked if I had waited to take the antibiotic. I told her I took it the same day as prescribed. She then told me I could follow up with my physician. I'm disappointed that they did not follow through with the urine test. I will not be using them again.
Professional, caring, and don't try to fix everything with a prescription.
