Staff was great except for the person who was my daughter’s provider. Pediatrician wasn’t available and she needed to go due to a cough so bad she was gagging, choking and had a difficult time catching her breath sometimes and she was given ZYRTEC. I begged for a nebulizer treatment at the very least and she refused. Refused anything for a cough and refused steroids. I wasted my time and my money.
worst place ever was refused to be seen after they took my copay on the 18th. yet still haven't received my refund
RecommendedI highly recommended Norton’s Immediate Care Center Lagrange!! I’ve had some bad immediate care experiences but this one was the best! I was seen within 10 mins of getting there and was diagnosed within 5 mins of seeing the Dr. Not to mention the staff was so kind! I was out in like 20 minutes!! Definitely where you need to go if you can’t get into your primary!
took my daughter here tonight because she has a high fever, cant seem to stay awake, says her stomach hurts really bad, has a headache and won't eat or hardly drink anything. the nurse came in to do a flu test and my diva of a daughter was scared to death (come on, shes 5) and this nurse just kept repeating to my daughter "come on, your mom wants this done!" cause I'm the doctor that ordered the test right? I swear by Norton, but I will never go back to the immediate care here in lagrange again!
