Everyone was kind and patient in dealing with me. The doctor knew there was a small piece of glass in my foot and worked careful me causing no pain. She got it out and my foot is fine.

1 hour 45 min into our wait…….we’ve moved from #3 on the waitlist to #2. Still waiting Update: 2 hr 15 min wait to go back, Overall it was a 3 hour visit. Terribly inaccurate estimates wait times. The NP was extremely nice and the staff was friendly, so I’m adding a star for that. Did not intend to spend so much of my day here though.
Thanks for coming to town Norton. Way past time for Frankfort to get an upgrade. We've now got our best Doctors on board. Staff is spot on plentiful and wonderful. Clean new and spacious. I was always a little scared of that old hospital. Not anymore.
