RecommendedGreat hospital I was there 2 years ago for flu and lung problems.. while being treated my colon perferated thanks to Drs Shocker and Dr. K D excuse the spelling.& the nurses. and one nurse that I can remember packing ice around me She was a Angel can't remember her name who i also want to thank.... And special thanks to GOD for giving me another chance...
RecommendedI have spent over a week in 5K every single nurse and aide has been very caring and answers my call light in a timely manner. I have had some issues with doctors not communicating the best and the nurses have helped make sure that each doctor is on the same page. I came in through the emergency room and that was a terrible experience felt more like a homeless shelter. The care I have received on 5k has been nothing short of amazing. Even the house keeping ladies have been very nice and has kept my room very clean.

RecommendedI recently spent four days and three nights with my mother who is currently a patient a Norton. I live in Jacksonville, Florida and was amazed at the level of care my mother is receiving. Every Doctor, nurse and aide I met treated both my Mom and me with kindness, dignity and respect. I wish I could list the names of the nurses, doctors and aides who I interacted with - they all ROCK! Thank you so very much for the job you do. I am far less worried about my Mom because of what I experienced while I was there!

Spent 4 days on the fifth floor after surgery to remover part of my liver. Dr. Phillips did the surgery, Cortney and Bethany were the nurses I had most often. There were other nurses and aides and they were all great. I am here now for my second surgery to remove a section of my colon. I have had Hailey, Bailey, and Desire as nurses, all three have been great. Again Dr. Phillips did a great job with the surgery. RecommendedI just wanted to give a big shout out and thank you to Norton Hospital staff for making sure that everyone was taken care of all the time, giving the kids beautiful books, thumb print necklaces from Nana, the bears, and heart sounds put to Nana's favorite song-Amazing Grace to help them get through this.
