Do NOT under any circumstances see ANY provider in this office. They are VERY obvious with the fact that they don't care about any of your medical conditions. They're only there to make a paycheck.
The practice is messed up. Different answers from different people. Nobody seems to know what's going on. Can't get a call back for nothing!! This practice manager is more worried about treating patients like crap and not owning up to their mistakes!!
The Jeff office is one of the worst. I lost my job, at Nortons, and when I called and left message for the PROVIDER I was seeing as a PATIENT, it took them 3 weeks to return my call...and because of them I had to STOP ALL MEDICATIONS DUE TO NO INSURANCE. When they did FINALLY RETURN MY CALL I was told there was nothing they can do. This is how they treated a former employee that worked very very very hard for them...especially the provider herself.
