I see Dr. Stewart and she makes sure to cover everything I ask about and have concerns with.
I wouldn't take my kids anywhere else. Dr Ratterman always make me feel better about what ever we are there for. I never question what she says. She always takes her time and explains everything in detail every time. She gets 5+ stars from us every time!!!!
It took me over 24 hours to get an x-ray report back for a broken toe. Then took 48 hours to get a prescription called in. They are highly understaffed and try to see too many patients in one day, they herd them in and out like cattle. This is why they can't keep up with everyone. Love my doctor but can't put up with this. Time for a new facility!
Your people are rude and your doctors don't keep abreast of their field of study. Your website is horrible and you are incapable of getting all the charges onto the MyChart you want us to use.
My children are new patients and had an appointment within two weeks of me first calling for their checkups. Dr. Sanders was very friendly and thorough and my children felt at ease with her. The nurse was wonderful also. My children and myself really liked them both. I'm very glad to have found such a caring doctor office.
They do not call patients back!!! Hope it is not life or death!
Well I spend more time waiting in peds section than adult but they take their time at least with me and my kids if not for dr ratter man my oldest 27 may not be here today so all the patients that had to wait that day sorry but a cold can wait my son had an illness that could have killed him thank yourself lucky
This is worst place . The WORST DOCTORS !!!!!! THEY WILL FUCKING KILL YOU DONT GO
