Dr Ratterman has always gone above and beyond for my sons. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient, compassionate and accessible for all our family needs. I can't thank her enough for being our pediatrician for both my now 26 year old and now 18 year old sons. Fantastic physician!
Everyone there is extremely nice
Everyone I know who has had a Covid test and NOT gone to a Norton facility has gotten their results within a couple days. Now Norton has a recorded message saying there are additional delays? Really? Explain to me how basically every other facility in Indiana can get tests back in one to two days. Perhaps your doctors should not tell people your facility is averaging 2-3 days for results. Some of us are being quarantined away from our families while we wait for our results.
Today was the second time my appointment has been rescheduled. I got a call today 3 & 1/2 hours BEFORE my appointment from an employee calling to reschedule my appointment for the second time in 3 months. Mind you, this was an appointment to establish a PCP, so I hadn’t even been to the office to meet the doctor or staff, but after they lied to me today stating they had to reschedule me because their system was down and didn’t know when it would come back up (I work for Norton’s, the system was down for 3 hours & when they c... read more
great staff. Friendly , and very Thorough.
No extremely rude.. Went to find out about my knee 2 tears in my meniscus just to get insulted by the doctor..not professional at all and very arrogant.
Professional, caring, got a same day appointment! HIGHLY recommend Dr. Goldstein.
