RecommendedMy 5 year old had a sledding accident that left her with a decent gash on her head. The staff was AMAZING with her. Talked her through everything before they did it and explained with her that it was ok to be nervous and scared. I’m pretty sure she didn’t even know they were gluing her head up while it was happening because she never stopped talking to the child life specialist she was playing on the iPad with. My mother & I took my daughter here earlier today & words can never explain how amazing & wonderful & kind EVERY single person that we came in contact with were. They talked all of us through the entire thing, especially my 5 year old who had split her knee & needed stitches. I’ve never had a better experience at any hospital or medical center period, in my life. Thank you all. We will never forget your all’s compassion & understanding. ♥️ thank you for taking such good care of my baby.
First off where is your policy posted that only one parent can go back and the other one has to wait in their car? Also when they are back waiting who says someone cant go to their car or leave? These are things you may want to tell someone before they drive an hour one way with a 1 year old who has to sit outside on a car. If this is your policy then have it posted on the door or somewhere. We were here Tuesday for an MRI for our toddler. Katie was our sedation nurse and the absolute best thing to happen to us! She was so bubbly and made my toddler, my husband and myself feel safe and ready for that nerve wracking hour. I cannot recommend this medical center enough!! Thank you for all that you do!! Us parents greatly appreciate how much care you all put in your daily work! From registration to nurses.

Staff was very nice, pleasant and informative. We were in and out very quickly when my daughter had tubes put in her ears! Very nice place!
My daughter had surgery here and all of the staff were excellent! She is high anxiety and they made her fill super comfortable. They even had a therapy dog come in and lay with her during pre & post opt. She is VERY needle shy and the dog therapist as well as Danielle the actual phlebotomist kept her distracted that she didn’t even know she was getting an IV. They provided her with a stuffed animal to bring with her during surgery and gifts afterwards. I’m glad that we decided to come here for her surgery, everyone was amazi... read more
My son has been seen here numerous times and has been Quick and thorough each time. I drive a half hour just to go here.
I took my oldest there for lab work and they were awesome! She's very needle shy and she barely noticed them taking her blood. 10/10
