Horrible , horrible company ! Buyer beware don’t ever think your going to pay off your car or they will boost your credit this is all the lies they tell you ! Their cars are horrible. DO NOT get the 2013 Ford Fusion, you can barely put gas in the car . A week after getting the car the engine light came on. I went to the gas station to fill up my tank & the car would not start, took it to auto zone and they told me it was a issue with the fuel tank. Every time I put gas in the car I was unable to get the car to start, I had to wait at the gas station for 10 minutes trying to get the car to start . Horrible horrible company! I wish I could upload screenshots of texts and emails. I got a car from them and asked if there was any damage or anything wrong with the car and of course they said no. Not even 1 week later my car starts shaking. I had to get new rotors which I went ahead and paid for. The next week my cars starts shaking even worst and I find out that the car was horribly maintained and the axle was so badly corroded that it needed to be replaced along with both front splindles and tires!! Can't say enough! This was super easy and the quality of the cars is pleasantly surprising!
At first I thought this was fake but I came in there with all the required documentation and was out of there within 30 mins. Thank you for getting me into a 2011 Ford Focus I love it and so does my kids.
Chris was very professional and straight to the point. Very good experience. Walked in and drove out in about 45 mins. Would recommend them to anyone looking for vehicle.
