The security and delivery services are unacceptable. Once you’re in the building, there’s no security check up to any floor and delivery people come off of the street going directly to unit for delivery. We’ve had several packages stolen from our doorstep or the box opened and item removed with the box left. At that point, you might as well leave my deliveries outside on the street and save me from cleaning up empty boxes from my door. Fix the security and improve your standards.
Blaise in the leasing office is great—helpful and very kind. The building management however is awful and incompetent. If you have a family , look at another building. This place isn’t for you. We live in the townhomes and had a mold issue because the shower was never properly sealed when the unit was built. We requested mold testing and they told us “that’s not mold” —we hired a professional third party mold company and sure enough it was mold —active mold overgrowth. Take note that the highest ratings are from folks who have toured. Management demonstrates indifference and disregard, even when they flip from the issue being potentially enough to move to you to a different unit, to then saying there's nothing they can do to and to rely on emergency maintenance. Horrible experience. I’ve had a very terrible experience with this place, I set up a tour with what I thought was a person, turns out it was an app but the app didn’t work and the person at the front desk was rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Acted like I was the problem. I wasted time coming here and setting up an appointment. And if the front desk person is any indication, this will definitely be a terrible place to live. Shameful.
I’ve enjoyed my experience living in the new building. My unit is extremely quiet, has modern, up to date appliances, and any maintenance work has even addressed quickly. The lobby of the building is extremely well kept and continuously cleaned every single day. Michael Flippo’s assistance and responsiveness during our initial tour and move in process was so helpful.
