I do not recommend moving here based on management consistently failing at providing clear and honest communication. Attempts to contact management regarding extensive repairs in the apartment have been largely ignored. Attempts to communicate concerns and seek resolution have been met with indifference, avoidance, or ineffective solutions. It often takes a week or more to receive a response, and even then, the answers are often vague and unhelpful. Sometimes they just do not reply at all.
I have been here for about 4 months now in the North tower. I have really enjoyed living here and I think the apartments are great. They are in a great location, the amenities are good, and I haven’t had anything break. The reason this complex does not get 5 stars is because residents are forced to use a horrible package delivery service called Fetch. Fetch has consistently been late with and lost my packages. Jessica was great in helping find an awesome apartment within my price range and showing off everything NorthxNorthwest has to offer. Really great experience!
Edit: July 2025: busy month for maintenance as it seems like they are really struggling with the backed up/backlogs of/mountains of maintenance requests/work orders that I’ve been waiting for a dishwasher repair for a week (dishwasher suddenly gets no water coming in). It’s never been like this before, but this is the first time in the past 3 years living here that the maintenance has not responded to my request for a week. After 5 years of 12-15 months leases out of nowhere they only offered me a 10 month lease. My friend with the same apt got a 12 month lease the month before. Not happy.
