I was there visiting a young friend. The place appeared "hip" enough. Very secure. You even need your pass card to get OUT of the garage

I had a great leasing experience with Blaise. He was professional, responsive, and made the entire process smooth and straightforward. From scheduling the tour to answering my questions quickly, Blaise went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and informed. Really appreciated his help in finding the right apartment.

In short - I absolutely would not recommend living here. Biggest reason is the horrendous building management. You're paying top rent ($3k++ per month for a 1 bedroom) and treated like garbage. There are far too many nice buildings in the area where you'll actually get your money's worth. I do not recommend moving here based on management consistently failing at providing clear and honest communication. Attempts to contact management regarding extensive repairs in the apartment have been largely ignored. Attempts to communicate concerns and seek resolution have been met with indifference, avoidance, or ineffective solutions. It often takes a week or more to receive a response, and even then, the answers are often vague and unhelpful. Sometimes they just do not reply at all.
