Great Experience!! Great Staff !! Don't believe the negative comments!! I lived here going on 5 years and all my problems where taken care of expeditiously!! Mrs.Teresa and her staff are wonderful !!! The matience men are GREAT !!!
Horrible customer service. I have been trying to get in contact with someone regarding lease and pricing information for 4 days now and no one seems to know anything, constant back and forth of "we'll call you back and let you know" and I have yet to receive a call back. Apparently someone trying to lease an apartment from them isn't of importance. Just based off their lack of professionalism, I know these apartments are subpar quality.
The work order was completed timely 👌.
Ms Teresa and Ms Lisa y'all are some very nice ladies they help with any questions and concerns I had a visit yesterday and both ladies was very nice the greeting was amazing and not to mention Zach was so charming when showing me the viewing of the unit these ppls are amazing and I can't Wait to move into my unit keep up the good work it was absolutely a great pleasure with you all These are great ppls that serving the complex at NORTHWOOD PLACE APARTMENTS
