My husband’s computer crashed on a weekend (Saturday) while installing an update. He needed his computer back by Tuesday for work and Scott at Northwoods Computer Guy LLC had his computer fixed and better then ever the next day (Sunday). Scott, did a great job with a couple of issues I had on my laptop and bringing everything up to date !!! The best part about it he did it without leaving his office with that remote thing he has because I live 1,100mi away.. I have been using Scott for about 10 yrs. and he has never done me wrong..
