I recently had issue with my front door that would not close properly. The top of the door would rub against the frame. Carl and Mark were at my neighbours doing some work and they both agreed to check it out. The problem was quickly diagnosed and it was repaired right away. They even did some paint touch up and fixed a loose handle. Well done.
We have recently had 5 doors installed in our home as a retrofit. From the initial contact in the Centre, to the first home evaluation, to subsequent precise measuring and to the actual installation, we have been amazed and extremely pleased with the professionalism and workmanship of the various staff from Northwood. Would highly recommend this company to anyone requiring similar services!
Horrible hours for people that work, they are closed on the weekends and closed after 5 during the week, unless they only prefer to work with contractors a normal person has a hard time getting here during the week and actually looking at anything.
Northwood replaced an old exterior door and squared up the entrance. Excellent work! On time and on budget. I would absolutely use them again.
Tyler was wonderful and went above and beyond, truly a man of his word and stand up guy, come to this place if you need your windows or doors serviced :)
