I like the new company that has taken over. Very polite and when something needs fixed it gets fixed right away. Been here around 4 years and I finally have air, thank you. I have no complaints. And the stores right in front is a plus, it’s pretty quiet . If I had a complaint I would have to say the grass could be cut down shorter so my scooter doesn’t get stuck. But they keep it cut so I’m all good.
I went to the community looking to move in the area and had the opportunity to speak with the manager Aisha. She was very pleasant and nice. Thank you for having such a great attitude. I would love to live here.

I have been a resident for 9 years now and I can honestly say that Dale and Ms. Iesha are turning these apartments around! They are working very hard and they are always so pleasant when I need help. Mr Dale is sooooooo amazing and I hope he stays forever! On top of doing their job, they are also getting everything back in order for our apartments. They definitely deserve a raise, because I know it’s not easy work! Dale and Iesha have made this a wonderful environment again. I am very thankful for them!
