I have lived in first floor for one year in this apartment complex, restrooms toilet always clogged, no hot water, maintenance order were taking three days to start work on emergency order. I tried switch to another apartment, I was able to reach maneger after one month, the office was always closed. When my lease was ended, I moved to another apartment.
