RecommendedI absolutely recommend Northwood Oaks!!! My Rottweiler which is my baby!!! Was urinating blood. When I called my usual vet Shores they couldn’t see her until Monday!!!! 🤬🤯 I couldn’t let my baby go until Monday so I called Northwood Oaks and they got us in immediately!! I have been coming here for the last 20 years, only recently have I started having issues. Every time I would call to get a refill for heartworm prevention or Apoquel, there was always some excuse why they couldn’t give me the full 30 days or the 6 month prevention. Knowing full well you pay much more for an individual pill, nor do you get your Zoetis rewards. So happy to have taken our kitty to Northwood Oaks ! They had gotten us in immediately. The Staff and the Veterinarian are amazing. Great energy from the first time you walk in the door. They took the time to explain everything that was going on with our kitty and she went back yesterday with a 100 percent well visit. We now have a great Veterinarian and Staff. Thank You so much. We can not say enough about all of you.
The staffing and I mean everyone are outstanding in how courteous they are and how well they do their individual jobs. I never worry when Babe, Rummy or Maggie are in their capable hands - I know that they are getting the best care available.
