We own an Arctic Fox Trailer with several deficiences. I am NOT OCD , I just expect to get an excellent product when you spend a lot of money and respectable service would be nice especially on warranty issues. We have received quite the opposite.
We bought a new Arctic Fox 32A travel trailer in October of 2012, and only made 1 trip over Christmas where we went through a little snow on the way home. By March of 2013 the paint was flaking off and heavy rust was everywhere. I sent pictures to their service manager Dave Mann to complain and he replied that a wire brush and some paint will take care of it. Called manufacture sent me to freeway RV in Escondido calif drove 120 miles to dealer they had no Nash rv's and won't order any very rude owner place was a dump of an RV dealer don't go there I would give this place a minus 10 if I could
