It was an absolute pleasure staying at Northwood Homes. Michelle Watts was the best. She was so very welcoming and remained that way throughout my stay. Michelle attended to all of my needs concerning my apartment. I will miss her the most.
I've had and enjoyable extensive stay w/ Northwood. The front office; especially Michelle has shown personal concern for safety ,cleanliness ,and addressing any of the residents needs w/ compassion and diligence to see the task to satisfying completion.
