I’ve been here going on 5 months and I’ll be happy when my lease is up. Since moving in I’ve had SEVRAL issues where I need to contact maintenance to fix things that should’ve been repaired efficiently prior to me moving in, not falling apart after a few months. Maintenance is slow to respond to request, they don’t wear shoe covers when entering your home, also they will enter even if you select DO NOT ENTER MY HOME WHILE IM AWAY. I would not recommend this place for anybody this place is sorry my my wife's income is enough to afford the place and they still denied her plus they denied me because they couldn't verify my work when I just started doordash and I just got hired for a job that gets paid $76,800 annually which I probably make more than most people that work in the facility at Northwood homes the owner said he couldn't even use my income because the paperwork that shows me getting hired in the start date and how much i would be making doesn'... read more
