I was scheduled for a showing of this property earlier today. When I arrived I was told I was at the wrong address. Instead of “1214”, the address that was emailed to me, texted, and said over the phone this morning, it was actually “1275”. The person insisted that I was the one who had the address wrong; told me I would have to walk to the correct address, and had an attitude. I paid for an Uber and arrived ahead of the scheduled time. My sister lives here, but also I have a client that lives here, and if you dont live here but have to come to work with a client, during the week, you may get towed off the lot, or park blocks away. I feel like they should give at least a 2 to 4 hour window for visitors.
They half fix problems in your house and have roaches and mices
Mold, old pipes, horrible plumbing issues, the list goes on. Not to mention, an increase in rent to live in these dumps. We're talking over 1,300.
