My family and I have been patients at Northwood Family Dental for many years, and we have consistently had a positive experience. However, I have recently attempted to contact the emergency line twice regarding my daughter’s dental concern, and both times the call rang continuously before disconnecting. My daughter has a silver crown on one of her baby teeth, which has become loose and wiggly. This definitely isn’t the same place when Dr zimack worked here dr gresco allowed his secretaries to be rude to people and then now you get 3rd world dentistry here never again
