The staff were very polite, professional and going to a lot of trouble to ensure that I was comfortable and knowledgeable about what was going on at each stage of the process. A lot of time and attention to detail was spent on getting the fit and look of the crowns correct. Dentist and assistant were both obviously very well trained. 1st visit I do not know how to put into words the way i felt after I left your office. I knew none of you going in and felt like I left with a new family. You all went to such great lengths to help me relax and not be so scared. Dr. Rogers is unlike any dentist I've ever seen. He cared about me, not my money. You all took the time I needed to understand my treatment plan. I've already talked to friends about my experience. Thank you so much. Excellent Experience I recently had a crown come loose. I immediately called the folks at Northwoods and they were able to work me into the schedule the next day. I couldn't ask for any better service. I've been a customer for over seven years, and I have consistently received outstanding service from the Dr. Rodgers and his staff.
