This was the first time I took my three children to Northwood. I was very impressed. All of the office staff were so sweet and kind. Dr. Farmer was so personable to both my kids and I. I have never had a dentist allow me to come back to the room with my kids to discuss what work needed to be done. In the past, the Hygienist would come out and tell me that my child needed work and that was it. This time, I was shown the x-rays. Dr. Farmer showed me exactly what needed to be done. Dr Rodgers was very pleasant and attentive to my needs & concerns. This was my first experience at this office. I was very impressed with all the staff. Great personalities, very professional attire and mannerisms. Tracy was very patient with me during my cleaning. I was somewhat of a challenge to her during the Xray process The extra added bonus was getting to meet Ms Tilly. Thank you everyone & am grateful to be a part of this practice
I feel at ease when I see the beautiful smiles from the staff the minute I enter. Thank you for showing personal interest in our well being and caring for our teeth. That brings a big smile to my face. 😁
It was a trip to the Dentist, not my favorite place. But anyway, the people are always friendly and make you feel welcome. I always know what is coming next, so no surprises. I will give them a 10.
