Nice location. Perfect location for all your outside needs. Shopping. Eating. Close to I-5.
This place is great. The landlord, Keith, is always willing to take care of problems, of which there have been very few. It’s great to be able to walk to the post office, Rite-Aid, and 7-11. And, they recently went completely non-smoking, which helps a lot. All in all, a decent place to live. And it’s within the Gubser boundary and bus route!
We have been here 5 years and love how quiet and hidden our complex is. Our apartment is clean and spacious and so close to shopping. My son and I walk to Riteaid a few times a week.
