He noted that the property management company is highly unresponsive and takes an excessive amount of time to handle routine maintenance and repairs. Lot of stairs
Been getting harassed my by neighbor for over 2 years now and they refuse to do anything about it. It would be nice if I could live life minding my own business at my own place of living without having to record everything every time I leave and come back home. But since they won't kick her out or do anything about it I HAVE to record for my own safety. She also has started issues with many other people here too. What more can you ask for in a budget friendly apartment in Grand Junction. I moved in July 2023 with skepticism. New place, new apartment, completely on my own. Was recommended this complex. It is indeed the best value you will get (outside of some small landlords) in the entire valley. You cannot find a 2b2b that's close to 1,000 sqft for less than $1095 a month. Layouts are perfect. The complex is reasonably clean and maintained. Has a pool and hot tub as well. Plenty of parking. The units are older and are about as basic... read more
