Been getting harassed my by neighbor for over 2 years now and they refuse to do anything about it. It would be nice if I could live life minding my own business at my own place of living without having to record everything every time I leave and come back home. What more can you ask for in a budget friendly apartment in Grand Junction. I moved in July 2023 with skepticism. New place, new apartment, completely on my own. Was recommended this complex. It is indeed the best value you will get (outside of some small landlords) in the entire valley. You cannot find a 2b2b that's close to 1,000 sqft for less than $1095 a month. Layouts are perfect. The complex is reasonably clean and maintained. Has a pool and hot tub as well. Plenty of parking. The units are older and are about as basic... read more
