What more can you ask for in a budget friendly apartment in Grand Junction. I moved in July 2023 with skepticism. New place, new apartment, completely on my own. Was recommended this complex. It is indeed the best value you will get (outside of some small landlords) in the entire valley. You cannot find a 2b2b that's close to 1,000 sqft for less than $1095 a month. Layouts are perfect. The complex is reasonably clean and maintained. Has a pool and hot tub as well. Plenty of parking. The units are older and are about as basic... read more

I sincerely love this apartment!!! This place is a well kept secret, and a gem as far as I'm concerned. In the "not-so-glamorous" Grand Junction, I truly feel so safe here. The area feels pleasantly separated from the rest of Junction somehow, and I couldn't be happier. It's a quiet, cozy community, with each unit still providing plenty of privacy. My daughter lived there for two years was apdel tenant since she worked all the time. She has a dog that Ty one of the grounds keeper kicked and then lied to the manager said the dog attacked him. The dog is a border collie / corgi mix that weighs 28 pounds. So yeah he lied he also was horrible to another corgi dog that lived in apt A7 until July 2023 his name was Mac and his owner was a single lay who was a professor at CMU and she told me how TY was horrible to her dog.
