Ace Mobile Home Park – I MOVED TO ACE MOBILE HOME PARK ABOUT A YEAR AGO. WHEN I FIRST MOVED TO THE PARK IT WAS NICE CLEAN AND THE MANAGER WAS GREAT. NOW THE PARK IS DIRTY THERE ARE ALOT OF PEOPLE THAT DONT LIVE IN THE PARK SLEEPING IN THEIR CARS DIGGING THROUGH THE TRASH. WE BRING THE MATTERS UP TO THE MANAGER OF THE PARK AND NOTHING GETS DONE ABOUT THE MESS. I WISH I KNEW THEN WHAT I KNOW NOW AND I WOULD OF NEVER MOVED HERE.
Stay Away – I lived in Park Holiday, a Northwind Property, and I was not impressed. I have lived in many apartment complexes over the past years and this one was the worst. Other owners send out yearly surveys to ask renters to rate their managers and give feedback; Northwind could care less to do such a thing because the property owners are only concerned about their money. If you want to be treated like low class trash, then live in Northwind owned properties.
