Front desk staff is very nice and helpful all times I have visited. However, I was charged a stupidly high amount for the services I received (flu test and covid test) which could have been performed via stuff one could buy at CVS and the doctor failed to identify my pneumonia. Don't expect anything to be covered or discounted if you are a student despite the student health fee paid every quarter -- it is just a cash grab. The Immediate Care on Sherman Ave is much better.
The lady who answers the phone is the rudest and most disrespectful person I have ever encountered. She mocks you if you don’t understand what she says and even imitates the way you speak. It’s unacceptable and disappointing that Northwestern University students have to experience this.
The incompetence of these people can’t even be described by words. Don’t go here.
I called 5 times throughout the day. Every time, I was met with the response: "please call back during our office hours, from 9 to 5." I made my first call at 10AM and the last one at 3PM. ???
