After receiving multiple reminders about my appointment, I worked very hard to get there on time, in spite of Cherry Festival traffic. There were very few people in the waiting room (unlike last year's appointment, when it was PACKED). I was taken to the room at 1:00 (my scheduled time) and then sat in a sheet for 25 MINUTES. Jesse gave no explanation for being so late, didn't apologize, and was not at all helpful with my one complaint, which is that body lotion is triggering eczema. Had a fine experience with PA Kogelman but everything leading up to appointment was negative. The admin people (at least the ones handling calls) might have to be some of the rudest people I’ve ever had to deal with in a medical office. Acted like it was the biggest inconvenience to set up an appointment. And then when they said the earliest appointment was in 4 months, I asked about getting on a waiting list for any cancellations and halfway through asking was rudely interrupted by admin who snapped “we DONT do that for NEW... read more

Beware of this practice. I had been diagnosed with Melonoma 18 months ago. Since then I had a couple of surgeries and have been treated at the Cleveland Clinic. I am now cancer free. Although they were taking new patients, after reviewing my patient records, they would not take me as a new patient. Aparently they only accept perfect patients! As a medical practice, i would have to question their ethics. I wouldn't give them even one star but I was forced to in order to complete this post.
