MY MOTHER IS IN ILL CONDITION AND WE WENT TO GO VISIT HER YESTERDAY WE WHERE TOLD MY FATHER HAD TO BE IN QUARANTINE FOR 14 DAYS SINCE HE RECITES IN FLORIDA WICH MY FATHER HAS BEEN QUARANTINED MORE THAN 30 DAYS NOW THEY WONT ALLOW HIM TO SEE HER THIS VERY RUDE AND RACIST SECURITY GUARD TOLD HIM THAT BECAUSE OF HIM NOT UNDERSTANDING ENGLISH HE WOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO SEE MY MOTHER WHEN I CALLED THE HOSPITAL THEY TOLD ME THAT HE SAID HE HAS NOT BEEN IN QUARANTINE AND FOR THAT HE COULD NOT SEE MY MOM

bad experience from begining to the end
My son had surgery 2/6/19 & was hospitalized for 4 days. Wonderful care from the beginning to end. Kept us informed throughout his surgery. Addressed every concern or questions we had. Surgeon & assistants checked on my son 2-3 times each day until discharge. The 12th floor nursing staff was amazing! Very attentive, encouraged & educated my son on every aspect to improve his health before discharging home. Housekeeping staff cleaned room daily & was fresh. Thank you all!
