They do not take their patients seriously. You have to even wait a long time for them to answer the phone if they even do.
I have used northwestern orthopedics in past for different needs with good results. However to put it nicely I would think twice before coming here to get a rotator cuff cortisone injection from their woman provider. It was EXTREMELY painful for me for what seemed like a good 2 minutes! I have recently been to Barrington Orth. in Bartlett and it only was painful for 2 seconds & then it was all over in about 7 seconds total. Worst experience @ a Drs. Office. I see many physicians. Never have been treated so poorly. I was told my appt was at 245pm. Which I arrived @ 235pm but waited in line for a bit. Upon stepping up to reception, JUDY, was already rude and advised me I was indeed 30 mins late. I told her I was advised 245pm was my appt. I walked in dragging my right leg.
