I agree - one of the most dishonest & fraudulent hospitals, regarding billing. We were beyond hesitant to send our son to PT & OT @ Milestones because they are owned by Centegra. “What can go wrong since we have a $50 co-pay for outpatient OT, PT & Speech therapy” (I’ve used the PT benefit - $50 co-pay - over 25x in 2019 alone). RecommendedFound out that I needed a biopsy, which was just plain scary. The techs, Megan, Sara and Kim were great at making me feel at ease, very sweet and patient with me. And, thankfully, all was okay!!

Arrived at the ER only because urgent care is no longer to run certain scans/tests. By this time, I am in serious pain and the front desk attendants were flippant and extremely rude. I had some concerns about the wait time and was basically told it didn't matter. I'm still sitting here waiting, my blood pressure is elevated and my level of pain has increased.
