Worst hospital experience ever.... lazy nurses, rude nurses, lying nurses, horrible patient care... I will be going to Delnor from now on... it’s rather sad it takes someone illness to realize how poor the service at Kishwaukee is... very, very poor.

Been sitting in a dirty room for over an hour and not ONCE has ANYONE came in to check on my fiancé’s well being. If you’re busy, I get it.... BUT, check in on ur patients every now and then to make sure they’re still ALIVE!!!
For as much as I have criticized this ER in the past, the staff were on point tonight even though they were over full. I've worked ERs and was impressed.
