The staff at this place especially the front desk staff are absolutely horrible. They have no regard for patient privacy, loudly saying your personal health information out loud for everyone nearby to hear. It’s incredibly embarrassing and made me feel completely humiliated. They treat patients rudely, with no empathy or compassion. I was so impressed by the fantastic level of care I got from everyone the minute I walked in the door. Especially not being from the area. The facility is very nice and clean. The gentleman who checked me in was very kind and efficient. I loved being able to make my last minute appointment on a Saturday and was able to get in right away. 15 minutes of being the only person in the waiting from before anyone behind the desk bothered to acknowledge me, then several more before they interrupted their conversation to check me in. And I mean BEHIND the desk, I could hear employees talking feet from me, they were hiding behind the walls and no one was at the kiosk to check in. The front desk staff here, especially John and Anna, are some of the most rude medical “professionals” I have ever come across in my life. The last thing a sick person needs is attitude from the people checking them in for an urgent care appointment. I have stopped going to Northwestern Urgent Care all together because of these unpleasant people and have begun going to Midwest Express Clinic around the corner in Northbrook.
