Scheduling is terrible
Northwestern Medicine in Glenview becoming worse and worse. Yesterday I was returning call to someone from over there. The answering machine stated that I can live my number and someone will call me back. I received call back today, which is a next day. Instead of yesterday. Someone returning my call was so quiet that I couldn't hear a word he said. However, people in the background were talking and laughing loud. Very unprofessional way to treat client by doctor office.
Staff is all very helpful and caring .
I love and appreciate the service I recieve from my doctor. He is such a great listener and problem solver. I finally feel heard medically.
Doctors are decent, though a bit passive in treatment (don’t actively recommend and are hesitant to help with active therapies for treatment.) but front desk staff has become ruder. The brunette lady with bangs, glasses, and hot pink nails was incredibly rude.
