i have been a patient at northwestern for the past 6 years having had a lung transplant. i have always been treated with respect and dignity until yesterday. i had an appointment @ 2:45 checked in online and arrived at the office at 2: 50 i was told to have a seat and wait until my name was called. The waiting room was quite filled and i waited til 3:30 after watching the room emptied i walked up to the front asking why my name wasn't called? Scheduling is terrible
Northwestern Medicine in Glenview becoming worse and worse. Yesterday I was returning call to someone from over there. The answering machine stated that I can live my number and someone will call me back. I received call back today, which is a next day. Instead of yesterday. Someone returning my call was so quiet that I couldn't hear a word he said. However, people in the background were talking and laughing loud. Very unprofessional way to treat client by doctor office.
Staff is all very helpful and caring .
