Reception is inconsistent re help and service
I was subjected to discrimination based on my weight by an incompetent, rude, and heartless technician who was scheduled to perform a CAT scan on me. Another hospital successfully performed the scan without any issues. To make matters worse, this same heartless technician proceeded to blurt out my weight (a HIPAA violation) in front of another patient who was visibly surprised by the technician’s actions. The service here has really gone downhill. It feels like they’re more focused on billing my insurance than actually helping patients. I arrived on time for my appointment and still had to wait 30 minutes just to see the doctor for my daughter… seriously? Very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.
We are transferring care away from Northwestern Medicine Glenview after a truly awful experience throughout my wife’s second pregnancy. My wife followed her OB to this practice because we trusted her from our first pregnancy, but the Glenview office has been a mess from day one. Every single appointment, *something* has gone wrong: 1. They sent her to the **wrong lab** for bloodwork. 2.
