I'm appalled by the care that I was given by this "medical professional" who acted more like a cosmetic spealist over anything. The main reason I even went in today WAS NOT EVEN ADDRESSED let alone looked at and instead of hearing out my concerns, symptoms in their entirety, as well as not referring to the now 14 MONTH TIME LINE of Doctors notes and pictures between multiple other specialists on this topic is beyond negligence. Linda behind your front desk was very unprofessional- discussing a simple error of direction thinking it’s funny with a patient is not professional at all. Perhaps she should reconsider her role as one of the first people you meet and last you see prior to leaving the office if she can’t remain professional. Perhaps focus on your job of calling the right people (which I heard 2 errors of within an hour visit) rather than having a laugh. I see Dr. Colleen Keegan for dermatology. I have been a patient of hers for 5+ years now. I have seen many different doctors since young and she is by far my most favorite. She has this skill called ‘LISTENING’ which many doctors have not learned. Dr. Keegan is patient, actually cares about my concerns and is very knowledgeable. She is also just an awesome person.
