I have been using the Northwestern Dental Center facilities for 40 years and have nothing but admiration and respect for the dentists, hygienists and front office staff. They are consummate professionals. Yes, it takes some time to get in for a routine appointment, as is the case for any busy practice. For urgent/emergent issues, however, I have never had to wait. This is a gem, not 'salon' or 'boutique' or 'bar' but old-fashioned dental office with emphasis on quality work, the doctors' credentials/ accolades and their patients' well-being. Dr. Mark Hutten is an outstanding dentist who took on my relative's highly complex case, and achieved great results. He has decades of experience and a warm empathetic approach. The absolute WORST dental office in all of Chicago! Terrible service, cleaning abilities and do not know how to run an office. The front desk staff is rude and unfriendly and no one there can properly communicate anything about insurance pre/post appointments. You would think since it's Northwestern you would get a quality experience, but it's less than that!!!
