they decided to stop my sons services completely. they have failed him. he will be needing his meds soon. you wonder what is wrong with the system, its places like them that let your child slip through the cracks. at least set him up with someone before letting him go... the mental health system needs help.. so so sad..

The counselor that my son sees is great and the reception staff is very friendly. However the receptionists that set up appointments for the psychiatrists are very rude. Furthermore I tried to get an appt for my son and I was informed that there are no psychiatrists there on Thursday afternoons, the only thing you can do is come in for a Skype session. I hope Northwestern changes that and make the psychiatrists start coming in on Thursdays. Overall would not recommend the psychiatry services. Receptionists are rude and unpro... read more

If I could submit zero stars I would...regardless of what I went here for, I watched the receptionist talk about me to the counselor and then look up to see me staring at her. She raised her hand to cover her face saying "oh, sh*t, she saw me!" Yes I did and I can tell you that you have ruined counseling for me. I went in already uncomfortable and now feel completely violated and horrible. I wanted to trust I could talk to someone in confidence and that trust is completely gone, so thank you for making me feel worse than I s... read more

Did this psychologist answer all your questions? None of my questions were answered Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? No, it was obvious the staff didn't think he/she was qualified Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else

We have been taking our child here for over a year and a half and have got ZERO results. multiple counserlors coming and going. Some just wanted to give up altogether . very unsatisfactory.
