I’ve been a patient at Northwestern Dental Center for over 20 years, and my experience with the clinical team continues to be excellent. My hygienist and doctor were both professional, thorough, and caring exactly what I’ve come to expect over the years. Sure, he is my father, but he is incredible at what he does. We have been at numerous family occasions, and he will leave mid-dinner, celebration, etc. to answer his patient's calls. My siblings and I are not fans of the dentist and hid candy under our bed, but he has still managed to save our teeth. He is the best dentist. Love you, PawPaw!

I am a long time patient of this practice. My first dentist, Dr. Bittman (now retired) and current dentist Dr. Patel have both been excellent. Unfortunately Mimi, the "Practice Manager" has low ethical standards and as a result I am looking for a new dental practice. Mimi is terribly rude to the dental hygienists and customers. She also attempts to put illegitimate charges through on customer accounts. I do not recommend going to this practice until a new "Practice Manager" is hired.
