Sure, he is my father, but he is incredible at what he does. We have been at numerous family occasions, and he will leave mid-dinner, celebration, etc. to answer his patient's calls. My siblings and I are not fans of the dentist and hid candy under our bed, but he has still managed to save our teeth. He is the best dentist. Love you, PawPaw!

I am a long time patient of this practice. My first dentist, Dr. Bittman (now retired) and current dentist Dr. Patel have both been excellent. Unfortunately Mimi, the "Practice Manager" has low ethical standards and as a result I am looking for a new dental practice. Mimi is terribly rude to the dental hygienists and customers. She also attempts to put illegitimate charges through on customer accounts. I do not recommend going to this practice until a new "Practice Manager" is hired.

I cannot recommend Dr. Friedrich highly enough! He is a great dentist. He refers to great dentists when his expert treatments are better handled by more specialized dentists. He sent me to a great oral surgeon for implants which were a piece of cake! He also sent me to an endodontist for a root canal which was another piece of cake! Unfortunately, I no longer live in Chicago, but if I did, I would most certainly remain in his care.

If I could give Dr. Friedrich 10 stars, I would.Have been with him for 27 years. Brilliant problem solver and kind and gentle. Also, persisted and solved a huge "medical" issue with my ex and actually saved hm from a stroke!. Sharing those stars are his wonderful staff who reflect him in every way!
