great doctor, horrible administration/billing staff Dr.White and the nursing staffs are wonderful, but I hate to say that this place is running by the most incompetence administration and billing staff who couldn't even process my bills right. First they screwed up on my info for the medical claim resulted with the Insurance couldn't find me. Then they sent my bill to collection 4 years after the service eventhough I had confirmed before, on the phone that everything is paid off. Without being able to provide any valid docum... read more
Find another group of Doctors! I can't believe this clinic gets any stars at all. I saw this group of doctors for a short period of time a couple years ago and was appalled at a couple incidents I saw. I saw one of the doctors being extremely rude and condescending to one of the med asst until she was almost in tears in front of several patients and other office staff. No respect for other people's schedules Although the doctors at this facility seem to care and seem very educated, overall the business has absolutely no respect for their patientsâ schedules. They will book an appointment for you, but they wonât follow through on their side of the agreement. Iâm accustomed to waiting for doctors for up to 45 minutes, but at the Northwest Womenâs Center, the wait time is absolutely ridiculous. Absolutely Wonderful! At Northwest Womens Center, I found Dr. McGuirk - although seemingly a bit youg, he was amazing at guiding us through the conception, pregnancy, and delivery process of our twins. His bedside manner is amazing, but he also knows when it's time to get serious. Don't let his looks fool you - he is amazingly wise and extremly cool under pressure. In him, I have found a great MD to look after my well women care!

Assembly Line Prenatal Care This office has far too many patients than it can manage reflected in the extremely long waits. The whole point of going to a practice like this with multiple doctors is that there is always supposed to be someone who can fill in if your doctor is in delivery. The front office staff weren't rude, just cold and indifferent. I was treated like a number on every visit. NOT the kind of care you want when expecting. This place is awful, might as well hand out numbers like the DMV with the amount of personal care your given. Awful wait time, rude office staff, Dr barely spent any time with me. Not exactly the kind of care you want or expect when having a baby. And this is just the office visit, imagine the delivery!
Great overall practice I've been going to NW Women's Center for the 7 months of my pregnancy so far and love this practice. I've never had to wait in the waiting room for longer than a normal doctor visit wait time. The ultrasound techs have been amazing and explained what everything on the screen was for both me and my husband. Even when I had to come in for an emergency appointment they were able to fit me in with no problems and all of the staff is amazing. Northwest Women's Ctr sucks Do not believe the hype. This office is too busy to fully treat the case load they have (triple booked). And FYI a 2 1/2 hour wait time with no valid excuse (emergency labor, car wreck or illness) given or remedy suggested (another appointment time) is unprofessional. It shows their total lack of communication & complete disregard for the patient.The staff is improperly trained, lack common sense & display complete ineptitude.
