Assembly Line Prenatal Care This office has far too many patients than it can manage reflected in the extremely long waits. The whole point of going to a practice like this with multiple doctors is that there is always supposed to be someone who can fill in if your doctor is in delivery. The front office staff weren't rude, just cold and indifferent. I was treated like a number on every visit. Then, by the time I saw my doctor, she rushed me in and out (again, overbooking is an issue!!!). The ultrasound tech I saw was pushy ... read more
NO RESPECT AT ALL!!!!!!!! I started going to this practice on a referrel, and I was very disappointed. I was seen by Dr.White for my first visit and I didnt like his character. So I gave them a second chance and requested to be seen by another physician. The staff treated me like i was the bad patient when all i ever wanted is to be treated with respect. So after my second visit to this practice, I decided to not return ever again. They lack respect of their patients and their own staff. If you are reading this trying to dec... read more
Northwest Women's Ctr sucks Do not believe the hype. This office is too busy to fully treat the case load they have (triple booked). And FYI a 2 1/2 hour wait time with no valid excuse (emergency labor, car wreck or illness) given or remedy suggested (another appointment time) is unprofessional. It shows their total lack of communication & complete disregard for the patient. The staff is improperly trained, lack common sense & display complete ineptitude. Sure the doctor (Cantu) was nice but just a routine visit left a bad ta... read more
Love it! Ambra! ME TOO! I see Dr. Norton at this office, and I've also had a great experience with Chantal, and Linda (two of the NPs) on staff. I have to agree to some extent that the front office staff isn't always as helpful as I'd wished (especially when I was very grumpy and very pregnant). The wait times were also crazy long from time-to-time. The ultrasound techs were so great, and the nurses and nurses assistants made seeing the doctor weekly a really pleasurable experience. They remember you, talk to you about how t... read more
NOT the kind of care you want when expecting. This place is awful, might as well hand out numbers like the DMV with the amount of personal care your given. Awful wait time, rude office staff, Dr barely spent any time with me. Not exactly the kind of care you want or expect when having a baby. And this is just the office visit, imagine the delivery!
Wonderful Experience! I am newly pregnant with my first baby! All of my interactions from making my first appointment to seeing the doctor were great! I thought the staff who greeted me were very warm and friendly, and although they were very busy, they made me feel welcome. I had to wait a little longer than I thought, but the staff came out and explained that the doctor had to go to the hospital for a delivery. This made me realize that my doctor would do the same for me and so I was understood the wait. They did offer me ... read more
Great place!! I had to write a review for this place even though it will not help my group raise any money but after reading numerous reviews I feel that it is my job to say something. I LOVE LOVE this place. I was seeing another set of doctors last year while pregnant with my daughter near the women's hospital, save that for another review, but found myself wanting a new doctor. Thankfully a friend of a friend referred me to NWC and I am so happy they did. I see Dr. Cantu who is one of the most amazing doctors I have ever b... read more
Nice doctor's who care I've been a patient here for many years and first saw Judy Greer, the nurse practioner, now Dr. Jurney. Both are wonderful, take the time to answer my questions and have good bedside manners. I don't usually have to wait long and the staff is friendly. I hear all the doctors in the group are very good. The best thing is that the birthing center is right across from the doctor' office. No travel.
Great overall practice I've been going to NW Women's Center for the 7 months of my pregnancy so far and love this practice. I've never had to wait in the waiting room for longer than a normal doctor visit wait time. The ultrasound techs have been amazing and explained what everything on the screen was for both me and my husband. Even when I had to come in for an emergency appointment they were able to fit me in with no problems and all of the staff is amazing. Once the nurses take my vitals there is a bit of wait time to see... read more
