Preston Palm took the time to educate me on all the insulating values of windows, their ratings, window frames, etc. Sold me just what I needed for the price that fit my budget. The installers were excellent ! I would highly recommend NW Window & Doors. Also they did an excellent job on replacing the shower door too. Love it!
Jim Womble was great to work with. His recommendations were very helpful and competitive for pricing. The service team was efficient and clean. Overall we had a great experience for our three new slider doors and window. Highly recommend!
Clint B. provided the most awesome customer service. He explained things I needed to know about the doors he was rehabbing. He show me some anomalies I needed to look out for until they install new doors for me. All in all, a very satisfying result from his visit, and the price was right, too!!
They provide a high quality of work for a decent price. Great service communication with all I communicated throughout the window/door process. We have had them install windows and a door now and are VERY satisfied!
This was the best experience and the bet my other quotes by over $700. I needed a large window installed at my Dad's. Everyone I worked with from Todd in Sales to the person manning the desk when I dropped off a check was professional and custom focused. I will use them for all my window and door needs in the future.
Mike and Pat replaced 2 old metal-framed windows in the basement. It was not an easy task! They did a great job in custom framing the new windows. I will use them again next year for 2 more windows. Thanks, guys

I recently worked with Northwest Window and Door for an addition that my husband and I put on to our house. Not only did I get the windows I wanted, but I also was able to get a beautiful door. Amazing customer service, they truely made me feel like I was their top priority. Their show room is clean and nicely laid out. They are also very knowledgeable. Will definitely be back for more windows and doors! Highly recommended!!
