You guys are so fantastic -- it's really not often we come across a group of guys so friendly, hardworking, and genuinely happy to do their job with 100% dedication, integrity, and enthusiasm. Preston did a great job of helping me select the proper products for my project, a new front door, storm door, shower door and a side garage door. Clint and Shaun did a very professional installation job, making sure everything looked good and worked properly. I was very pleased with the outcome of the entire project and everyone I dealt with at Northwest Window and Door.
Great price and fantastic guys who did the actual install. There was Mike and Pat and Tyler as well as another Pat who wasted no time and worked hard to get it done. They were always concerned about their work and went the extra mile when ever they had to to make it right. Always informed me of their progress and all 4 men were very polite as well as professional.
Mike and Pat did a great job installing my new basement windows. 2 of the windows were under a deck and took alot of work. Thanks for getting that done. I also got a new front door that is BEAUTIFUL. Love it.
Mike and Pat installed 5 Windows in our home, 13002 west sunnyvale dr. Nine mile falls. WA. 99026. They did a wonderful Job. 5 windows removed, and 5 windows installed, and caulked, in 5 hours. The insides of the window sills were very clean hardly any touchups will be required. All I need to to is touch up the outside trim a little. God bless you all. Owner, Henry Mailhot
The company is great. They come out and do an estimate, cover any questions, solve problems or other issues with windows and then set a date. The install team was great too. Very polite, hard working. They keep a steady pace, no slacking off. They do a great job. The Mervin windows are very nice looking and the thermal properties were noticed as soon as the temperatures dropped.
