Extremely poor customer service. I called to confirm my appointment and the receptionist said she couldn't access the work calendar. I called back the following day and spoke to someone else who again said they couldn't access the calendar. I then asked for the owner to call me back. After leaving 4 voice mail messages, I never heard back from anyone.
