I showed up thinking i had a 10 am appointment and the lady says nope no appointment i could see how people would think she is rude but i didn't think so my wife has pretty much the same personality she was really nice to me and got me right in and out.. so drivers think about the person YOU are talking to just showing kindness in a industry that kindness and consideration are almost non existent may go a long way thank you NW warehouse for being understanding and getting me in and out
