Consistent attention to quality and detail, just what we all need in a dentist.
My initial visit to the NW Portland Dental was very encouraging. The staff was accommodating, helpful and knowledgeable. The hygenist was thorough and provided a lot of information. The doctor took the time to do a detailed exam and provide me with a plan for treatment, and explained what he saw that were problems that needed attention.
Let me tell you, I have never been to a more kind, encouraging, and informative Dentist. Jamie was amazing, taking care of all of the needs and getting to know you's of a first appointment. She made me feel calm and confident. She gave great advice and I look forward to my next cleaning!
i came in with my wife, who had a scheduled appointment. I tried to schedule an appointment for myself, to have Dr. Dietrich take a look at the crown he put in a bit ago. Instead, i was taken back to an exam room where Dr. Dietrich and his assistant checked things out, did a little adjusting, and took care of the problem. Just like that! Everybody in this office is courteous, professional and extremely friendly.
If one can describe a visit to the dentist as a pleasure, it's due to the gentle, precise skill of Dr. Dietrich and his staff. I have complete confidence in his judgment and his care.
Great overall first visit ... friendly staff!
Kudos to dental hygienist Dominique who wrote a personal note to my cardiac surgeon with inquiries to make to him in a pre-surgery session about upcoming heart surgery concerning antibiotic premedication recommended for future dental work immediately following operation.
