We have used Northwest Tool & Manufacturing for various modifications to existing heavy equipment attachments as well having them tool wearable parts on attachments. The machining has always been superb with very quick turnaround.

We hired Northwest to do some work at our home and a lot of costly mistakes were made. We had to hire another company to come in, tear out and re install. As well as come out of pocket to replace the damaged items. I called and spoke with a “manager” and was told we agreed to an invoice. Yes, sure for COMPLETED work, which nothing was completed! Deception at its finest. In my opinion before working for these people I should have enlisted in the French Foreign Legion or joined a cult.

Well I have been working here for over 20 years so I must like it a least a little bit right. We make custom and precision parts and machines. Stop on down and get a tour of the updated facilities.
