I went to the emergency room with seven abscessed teeth that had been pulled after an infection of one extraction that was done on my lower left molar. I was in excruciating pain because every single socket that had a tooth in it after I had all seven teeth removed was severely infected. Unprofessional, unethical, no empathy, no sense of urgency ..sat at an urgent care waiting for an ambulance for almost 6 hours for our 3 month old who had an infection. They almost killed me. It would take you 30 minutes to do an ultrasound on me to find the 2 cm stone in my gallbladder. In stead y'all turned me away for what i assume is because of no insurance. It also seems like the owner of this hospital just doesn’t care about the people that come in since they have the same people hired. Good luck with the lawsuit i’m about to hit y’all with. On 1/21, we were transferred over to the big hospital because my son had fractured his elbow. He is 5. Before leaving the location on gerogia, we would be meeting with the pedicatic orthopedic, he would receive more pain medicine when we arrived, and they would for sure need to re do the spilt since they just did it enough for us to transport him. Northwest Texas Emergency is absolutely terrible from end to end. I had a horrible physician and now I find out years later they sent me to collections due to improper billing by this hospital. When I went to set the record straight, I found out their contractor Truepartners went out of business and the original creditor could not be reached.
